发明名称 METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HIGH MOLECULAR POWDER, ELECTRODE, AND CAPACITOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing high molecular powder by which high molecule can be readily changed into fine powder and at low cost, and to provide a method of manufacturing an electrode for capacitor that is large in capacity and can flow a large current. SOLUTION: A mixture of high molecule and easy-to-dissolve ion crystal or easy-to-dissolve molecular crystal is rubbed together, to make a mixed powder (powder crushing step). The ionic crystal or the molecular crystal in the mixed powder is removed, and high molecular powder (extraction step) is obtained. Poly 2,5-pyridine and carbon nanotube as the high molecular powder are used, to manufacture an electrode for capacitor; and at that time, by making the average particle size of poly 2,5-pyridine set to 50μm or smaller, preferably, 25μm or smaller, superior discharge capacity and load characteristics are obtained.
