PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil member which can prevent discontinuities or damages by burr of coil, and is not damaged by a molding die when a molded article is removed from the molding die, even if the coil member includes a coil bobbin used for small motors. SOLUTION: The coil member 45 is injection molded by two molding dies moving left and right in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction along a cylindrical drum part 100'. On the circumferential surface of the coil member, a flat surface part 101 is formed inside from the circumferential surface so as to secure a space part between the circumferential surface and an inner surface of the circular coil to be wound around the circumferential surface and not to interfere with two molding dies when they are separated. A joining part 400 on the cylindrical drum part 100' which is formed along the joining parts of the two molding dies is located on the flat surface part 101. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
