PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrally molding method for suppressing damage of a flange of a core and distortion. SOLUTION: An injection molding die has a lower die 32, a side die 34 and a upper part pressing die 35, and a resin is injected into a space surrounded by the above members and a split core 11 to form an insulator 20 integrally with the split core 11 (insertion molding). A usual mold clamping force is applied to the molding die and a pressure against the injection pressure of the resin is applied from the upper part pressing mold 35, and thus, a stress acting on a flange portion 11c is released.
