PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the circuit scale of an LDPC decoding device etc., by performing decoding in units of a code word including a parity part. SOLUTION: An LDPC decoder 252 with an incorporated bit deinterleaver performs LDPC decoding as an example of processing for decoding in units of a code word after bit deinterleaving processing and a code word including a parity part. Specifically, a reception part 302 is mounted with a received value memory at least having data capacity of a length of a code word. Here, when the reception part 302 receives each of elements of the code word as a received value D302, the reception part 302 performs control to carry out bit deinterleaving processing and parity rearrangement processing on received values D302 and store, i.e., write the received values D302 in the memory, and reads out the code word stored in the memory to provide it as an output D303 to an LDPC decoding and calculating part 303.
