PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collimator capable of improving sensitivity, a radiation imaging device and a nuclear medicine diagnosis device. SOLUTION: The radiation imaging device has the collimator 11 arranged oppositely to a radiation detector, wherein through holes 11a are formed for passing gamma rays in a specific direction among gamma rays radiated from a specimen toward the radiation detector 12. The collimator 11 is constituted by bonding metallic cylindrical members 11A formed with the through-hole 11a mutually with an adhesive S corresponding to respective detectors 12a constituting the radiation detector 12.
