PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new photocurable and carbonyl-containing polyolefin polymer, and to provide a production method capable of industrially producing the carbonyl-containing polyolefin polymer and an intermediate and high in the conversion rate of functional groups. SOLUTION: A specific structure-having carbonyl-containing polyolefin polymer having a reactive unsaturated bond at one of the terminal ends, at the both terminal ends or the inside of the polyolefin, a production method of the intermediate of the polymer and a photocurable resin composition containing the polymer, are provided.
