PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building block apparatus which is used by combining in a plane or piling in a three-dimensional three-face cone and is effective for brain training. SOLUTION: On an alignment board, seven of eight kinds of differently-shaped building-blocks 1A-1H are aligned in the longitudinal direction and five of them are aligned in the width direction to form a square plane body 50. Otherwise, they are piled up to form a five-stage three-dimensional three-face cone 60 on the bottom of fifteen blocks with five blocks 61 to 65 on each side of a triangle game base. In addition, four kinds of further-differently-shaped building-blocks 1I-1L are added. Eight of them are aligned in the longitudinal direction and seven of them are aligned in the width direction to form a square plane body 70.
