PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the detachment of adhesion between an interior body and a belly side or back side exterior sheet due to the deformation of an absorptive core, and to prevent deterioration in appearance or feeling. SOLUTION: The disposable pants-type diaper is provided in which the front end part of the interior body 20 is connected onto the inner surface of a width-directional center part of the belly side exterior sheet 12F, the rear end part is connected onto the inner surface of a width-directional center part of the back side exterior sheet 12B, and the belly side exterior sheet 12F is not connected to the back side exterior sheet 12B at the side of a crotch part. The diaper is constituted to satisfy the following expressions, 90 mm≤W1<W2≤190 mm, 0 mm≤L1-L2≤70 mm, and 0 mm≤L3-L4≤50 mm, wherein the length of an absorptive core front end part 56F is represented as L1, the length of the superimposition part of the absorptive core 56 on the belly side exterior sheet 12F is as L2, the length of an absorptive core rear end part 56B is as L3, the length of the superimposition part of the absorptive core 56 on the back side exterior sheet 12B is as L4, the width of narrowed parts 56N is as W1, and the width of the absorptive core front end part and the width of the absorptive core rear end part are as W2.
