PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for a game hall which is capable of directly managing fraudulence of changing a setup value and also managing even a condition having the possibility of leaking the setup value to a player. SOLUTION: A setup signal is outputted following a power supply signal from a slot machine side when a slot machine is switched from a game mode to a setup value changeable state, and the setup signal is outputted alone when it is switched to a setup value confirmation state. Thus, a management device determines that the setup value changeable state is attained and sets a setup change flag (S11) when the reception of the setup signal is started within the set time after the reception of the power supply signal (S9:YES), and determines that the setup value confirmation state is attained and sets a setup confirmation flag (S17) when the reception of the setup signal alone is started (S9:NO).
