Provided is a valve comprising a valve body having a seat ring arranged on its internal circumference, and a valve member rotatably supported through both a stem arranged in a direction substantially perpendicular the axis of a passage in the valve body and a bush mounted on the stem. In the valve, the valve member is rotated to move the valve member forcibly to and from the seat ring on the valve body, thereby to close and open the passage. The valve body is molded after the valve member, the seat ring, the stem and the bush were arranged in advance at predetermined positions in a mold.
