The apparatus has a set of differential signal transmission circuits coupled between two power supply electrodes. A set of inner biasing circuits is coupled among the differential signal transmission circuits, where the differential signal transmission circuits and the inner biasing circuits are coupled in a stacked alternating relationship with one of the inner biasing circuits that is coupled between the differential signal transmission circuits. The inner biasing circuits are coupled to a voltage regulation circuitry to receive a set of regulator voltages.
