PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelement that increases the mechanical strength in the thermoelement and can be utilized, even at high temperatures, to provide a method of manufacturing the thermoelement, and to provide a thermoelectric conversion module. SOLUTION: In the thermoelement 10, a p-type semiconductor 11 is electrically connected to an n-type one 12 at an electrode 13, and a high resistor 16 is interposed at a gap between the p- and n-type semiconductors 11, 12. In this case, the high resistor is baked along with the p- and n-type conductors 11, 12. The method of manufacturing the thermoelement 10 include: an interposing process for interposing a high resistor unbaked body 31 that serves as a high resistor, by baking at a gap between a p-type semiconductor unbaked body 30 that serves as a p-type semiconductor, by baking and an n-type semiconductor unbaked body 32 that serves as an n-type semiconductor by baking; and a baking process for baking the high resistor unbaked body 31, along with the p- and the n-type conductor unbaked bodies 30, 32.
