PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs increase for components and operations by decreasing the number of components and reducing an operation man-hour. SOLUTION: The disk charging device has a reproduction portion which retracts a disk to a position where it does not interfere with a disk when the disk is inserted into or ejected from a device case or when a stored and held disk is selected, and moves it to a reproduction position where the selected disk is loaded during reproduction of the disk; is characterized in that a base of the device case is cut and raised to form a positioning portion for positioning the cut and raised reproduction portion to the reproduction position.
