PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program development support device capable of easily diverting a variable from one support software to the other support software even when data type of the variable to be used for each of the support software is different, and devised not to miss the data type information even when the diversion is mutually reiterated. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with: a format correction means to match a format of the variable table applied to a registration request, to the format of the variable table of the program device corresponding to the own device by applying the format correction processing for known item deletion processing, address prefix conversion processing, and the like, according to a model of the programmable device judged by the model judging means; a table write means to write the variable included in the variable table format matched by the format correction means, in the variable table for the own device.
