PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device capable of judging existence of reservoir residual fluid before motor revolution becomes high with the reservoir residual fluid completely used up in brake control. SOLUTION: This brake control device is furnished with a master cylinder, wheel cylinders installed on each of wheels, a decompression control means to decompress brake fluid pressure in the wheel cylinders, a reservoir to reserve the brake fluid discharged from the wheel cylinders in decompression control, a pump to discharge the brake fluid in the reservoir to the side of the master cylinder, an electric motor to actuate the pump, a motor control means to ON/OFF-control a motor driving electric current at least in the decompression control, a motor revolution detection means to detect revolution of the motor, a revolution gradient computation means to compute increasing gradient of the motor revolution after the motor driving electric current is output and decreasing gradient of the motor revolution before the motor driving electric current is output and a reservoir residual fluid judgement means to judge existence of the brake fluid residing in the reservoir in accordance with the computed increasing gradient or decreasing gradient.
