PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toy assembly tray which can prevent respective parts from scattering or being lost even when a child assembles an assembly tool, is folded compact, can be easily carried, and stored. SOLUTION: The toy assembly tray 1 includes a soft sheet bottom part 2 provided with a piano wire 4 at a periphery part 2a and a soft surrounding wall part 3 risen to encircle the periphery part 2a on the bottom part 2. A child throws assembly parts P of an assembly toy onto the toy assembly tray 1, looks for assembly parts P to use, and can assembly them. In so doing, the respective assembly parts P thrown onto the bottom part 2 have the periphery part 2a of the bottom part 2 surrounded by the surrounding wall part 3, so that the parts do not stick out of the surrounding wall part 3.
