PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine capable of surely preventing an operation handle from being fixed by a foreign matter by making it difficult to insert and hold the foreign matter such as a coin between the operation handle and a handle cover or between the operation handle and a handle base in a hitting operation handle. SOLUTION: The hitting operation handle 4 includes the handle base 20, the operation handle 30 and the handle cover 40. The handle cover 40 has a cap part 40a, an annular rear surface part 40b and a ring part 40c. The annular operation part 30a of the operation handle 30 has an annular front end part 30h and a peripheral wall part 30i. The annular front end 30h of the operation handle 30 faces the annular rear surface part 40b formed backwards at the rear end of the cap part 40a projected at the front of the handle cover 40 from the rear side practically without a gap, and the ring part 40c extended to the back from the inner peripheral side of the annular rear surface part 40b of the handle cover 40 is housed in the shape of being internally fitted in the peripheral wall part 30i of the operation handle 30.
