PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating Ganoderma amboinense, using apple pruned branches as unused resources, and enabling stable cultivation. SOLUTION: This method for cultivating Ganoderma amboinense comprises mixing a prescribed amount of bran, water, and water soluble organic germanium with a medium which is obtained by mixing sawdust of apple thin and thick pruned branches, stirring and mixing the mixture with a mixer so as to make a medium of Ganoderma amboinense, setting a Ganoderma amboinense-raising vinyl greenhouse in an agricultural vinyl greenhouse, and growing hyphae cultured in the raising vinyl greenhouse. As a result of it, Ganoderma amboinense which grows to an original height and contains organic germanium can be cultivated. Furthermore, it is possible to adjust light necessary for growth of Ganoderma amboinense and keep the raising vinyl greenhouse at prescribed temperature and humidity by covering the Ganoderma amboinense-raising vinyl greenhouse with a shade sheet 10 having small holes 12.
