PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical-diffusing apparatus capable of using the residual quantity of the chemicals and the residual quantity of electric power supply of cells or batteries, in a well-balanced state. SOLUTION: The chemical-diffusing apparatus is mounted with a driving motor, the cells or the batteries for supplying the electric power to the drive motor and a chemical holder, having the chemical in the diffusing apparatus body, and is constituted so as to diffuse the chemical into the atmosphere, by fitting the shaft hole of the chemical holder onto a motor shaft of the driving motor, rotating the motor shaft and rotating the chemical holder. The chemical-diffusing apparatus is constituted with the chemical holder and the cells or the batteries, which are handled integrally as an assembly, and is set freely demountable from the diffusing apparatus body.
