The invention relates to a machine for injecting fluids into meat or fish products, said machine comprising an injection head provided with parallel hollow needles (11) that can be retracted by contrast elastic means, said head to be displaced in an upwards and downwards motion in relation to a product transport device. Each needle (11) contains an admission opening leading into its canula that can be arranged in a pressurised fluid injection chamber, with a fluid admission, formed by a block of longitudinal lines interconnected by lines and a plurality of transversal lines for the passage of the needles (11) intersecting the longitudinal lines, each line comprising rings provided with retaining elements. Each block can be detached from a housing for the head and fixed by oscillating plates, one for guiding the needles and the other (19) carrying a plurality of cylinders (20) supplying the contrast elastic means. |
