A concentrate apparatus using steam using the steam which does not lower the effect of medicine or the nutrient component is provided. A concentrate apparatus comprises an external chamber(10) in which the steam supply outlet is formed in the lower part; an inner chamber(20) which is located in order to be rotated inside the external chamber; an edge part(30) of the ring laminated to multilayer to the lower direction; an implantation tube(40) injecting content to the upper side of the edge part; and a concentrate overflow pipe(50) which perpendicularity is extended and formed to the outlet port is included.
