A system for eliminating vermin by ultrasonic is provided, in which the removal of the pest taking advantage of the ultrasonic wave is possible without the use of the agricultural chemical or the insecticide. A system for eliminating vermin by ultrasonic comprises: a supporting part(10) supported in the ground; a directivity speaker(20) which is installed at the supporting part and delivers the ultrasonic wave to the long distance; an ultrasonic signal generating unit outputting the ultrasonic signal to the directivity speaker; a driving part(40) which runs the directivity speaker in order to be rotated up and down; an ultrasonic signal generating unit; a MICOM controlling the driving part; and a power supply unit supplying the power to the driving part and MICOM.
