<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast reception device which more securely prevent video/audio output from ending in failure owing to switching of an audio mode and buffer variation in case of data missing. <P>SOLUTION: The digital broadcast reception device includes an output buffer for video, an output buffer for audio, an internal counter which controls output timings of the output buffer for video and the output buffer for audio, a buffer variation monitoring means of correcting a counter value of the internal counter, and a data missing judgement means of detecting data of audio from being missing, and is characterized in that when data missing is detected, the buffer variation monitoring means stops the correction processing of the internal counter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
