<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for introducing nucleic acid into DNA of a cell. <P>SOLUTION: A nucleic acid fragment including a nucleic acid sequence locating at least between two inverted repeat sequences, wherein the inverted repeat sequences can bind to SB protein and the nucleic acid fragment can be incorporated into the DNA in cells is provided.
