<p>Novel cpds. of formula: (where X = H, halogen, HOCH2 or Me, R1 = H, lower alkyl, benzyl or phenethyl (opt. rng-substd by 1 or 2 of halogen, lower alkyl or alkoxy), or 3-6C cycloalkyl, R2 = H, OH or lower alkyl, or (when R1 = H), Me2N or allyl, or NR1R2 is morpholino, 1-pyrrolidinyl, piperidino, 1-azepinyl, 4-methyl-, 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)- or 4-phenyl-1-piperazinyl (opt. mono-substd. in the phenyl ring by halogen Me or NO2)) are prepd. by reacting the corresp. S-lower alkyl-isothiourea deriv. with NHR1R2, preF. in the presence of acid. The products are circulatory-active agents, saliuretics, antiphlogistics and psychotherapeutic agents.</p> |
