<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of precisely sensing pan temperature for achieving proper heating control. <P>SOLUTION: The heating cooker comprises a top plate 31 on which a pan 30 is put, a heating means 37 for heating the pan 30, a thermocouple 34 formed in thin film at a heating region 33 of the pan 30 on the top plate 31, a temperature conversion circuit 35 which converts the thermo electromotive force of the thermocouple 34 to a temperature, and a control means 38 for controlling the heating means 37 based on the temperature signal outputted from the temperature conversion circuit 35. Since all three modes of heat transfer (radiation, conduction, and convection) is detected from the bottom surface of a pan using a single thermocouple 34, the temperature of the pan is precisely detected, being hard to be affected by the bottom shape of the pan, surface state thereof, or temperature distribution of pan bottom, thus achieving proper heating control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
