DECORATIVE SHEET FOR FLOOR MATERIAL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for a floor material easily formed by sufficiently joining a synthetic resin layer (backer layer) as a polypropylene resin layer to a decorative sheet (decorative sheet intermediate body) and a method of easily manufacturing the decorative sheet. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet for a floor material comprises the decorative sheet intermediate body having one or more layers stacked on the front surface of a base material sheet and the synthetic resin layer of 150μm in thickness stacked on the rear surface of the base material sheet.(1) Both the base material sheet and the synthetic resin layer contain a polypropylene resin.(2) The decorative sheet for a floor material is obtained by thermally laminating the decorative sheet intermediate body and the synthetic resin layer on each other.
