PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to receive provision of the latest information. SOLUTION: Clients 11 who post content while adding search information and a management server 41 that retains the search information corresponding to the content posted from the plurality of clients 11 are provided. When receiving a request from the client 11 to provide the content searched for before, the management server 11 again conducts a search based on search criteria stored by itself or the client 11 during the previous search, and provides newly found content to the client 11 who has requested the provision of the content.
