PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant amount supply system for powder and granular material capable of carrying out accurately stable constant amount supply, according to a past operation result, regardless of the presence/absence of the generation of disturbance. SOLUTION: The constant amount supply system for the powder and granular material comprises a model producing portion 14 producing a model of a feeder 1 according to a relationship between operation amount and a discharging flow rate about each load obtained by past operation; an operation amount estimating/computing portion 15 estimating the operation amount from the model produced by the model producing portion 14 and predetermined final target flow rate and target flow rate convergence time so as to make the discharging flow rate ouputted from the model materialize a reference track; and an operation amount correcting portion 17 correcting the estimated operation amount estimated by the operation amount estimating/computing portion 15 so as to make a deviation between the discharging flow rate detected from a flow rate detecting portion 11 and a flow rate value on the reference track at the time detecting the discharging flow rate become generally zero.
