PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a dispensing operation from being difficult in carry-out even if a volume of a stored content at a container barrel is decreased and the center of gravity at the barrel is moved downward because a position of a handle can be moved downward. SOLUTION: There are provided a fitting part 10 fit to a handle body that can be removably fitted at an optional position at a barrel 2 and a handle body 20 enabling the fitting part to be fixed to the barrel 2 by fastening the fitting part 10 by the fitting, the outer surface of the barrel 2 has a first fitting protrusion 4 in the vertical direction to enable the fitting part 10 to be removably fitted at an arbitrary position of the first fitting protrusion. The fitting part 10 comprises a pair of rotatably-connected holding members 11, and opposing inner surfaces of the pair of holding members 11 have engaging surfaces 13 that can be engaged with the barrel 2 with a pair of vertical grooves 14 cut in the outer surface. The handle body 20 has a pair of second fitting protrusions 24 that can be fitted into the vertical groove 14 to keep the second fitting protrusions inserted from one end of the vertical groove into the vertical groove, and thereby the pair of holding members 11 approach to each other to cause the engaging surfaces 13 to be engaged with the barrel 2.
