PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship bottom shaped gusset packaging bag the sealed parts of which are made hard to be peeled off when contents are filled therein by the use of an automatic filling machine for its transfer on a conveyor. SOLUTION: With respect to the ship bottom shaped gusset packaging bag wherein a front side film and a rear side film are placed opposite to each other, while gusset films folded inside between the front side film and the rear side film are sandwiched from both right and left directions with their folding lines placed opposite to each other, with seals provided on top, right and left front sides, right and left rear sides, right and left front diagonal sides, right and left rear diagonal sides, and notches (b), (b) for point-sealing are formed on the ground at end edges of the right and left gusset films 13, 14, at portions where seals of front and rear diagonal sides, 21, 22, 23 and 24, and the ground seal 25 are overlapped at the time of forming a bag, and also where outer edge rims of the seals of the front and rear diagonal sides and the inner edge rims of the ground seal are overlapped.
