PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a displacement amount of a head part of an occupant in rear end collision of a vehicle with a comparatively simple composition. SOLUTION: In a rear seat 10 of the vehicle, a seat back 12 capable of supporting the occupant C's back is elastically supported to be able to tilt backward. The backward tilting movement performed by the seat back 12 pushed backward by the occupant C is used for forward tilting the headrest 13 capable of supporting a rear head part Ca of the occupant C.
