PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exert its own mounting characteristic and effectively reduce vibrations of a vehicle by preventing deformation of an insulator. SOLUTION: In this cab mounting structure, a cab 2 is mounted to a vehicle frame 1 using a cab mount 3 and positioning means 4. A positioning hole 17 for fitting a tip 16A of a locate pin 16 for positioning a mounting position of the cab 2 relative to the vehicle frame 1 is formed on a cab side mounting bracket 5, a locate pin guide hole 18 for inserting an intermediate portion 16B of the locate pin 16 is formed on a locate pin guide part 19 formed by extending one part of a second leaf member 11 constituting an insulator 7. The locate pin guide hoe 18 is not formed on a frame side mounting bracket 6, but is formed on the insulator 7 side, so as to position the insulator 7 to a proper position and sufficiently exert a vibration characteristic unique to the insulator.
