PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat back excellent in the integral moldability of a pad to an upholstery and also excellent in the assemblability of the upholstery and the pad to a frame. SOLUTION: A cover body S for clamping the frame 6 from the front and the back includes a front upholstery 1 with the pad 3 made of a foamed body on the inner side and a back upholstery 2 with the pad 4. Also, the cover body S is provided with insertion holes 10A and 10A for inserting holders 64 and 64, and the front upholstery 1 and the back upholstery 2 are integrally connected by engaging means 5A and 5B engaged with each other.
