A METHOD, SYSTEM AND DEVICE FOR REALIZING OVERLOAD CONTROL IN PACKET NETWORK

A method for realizing overload control in packet network includes: when a server is overloaded, a client determines if the received current service request meets route condition presetted for service request, if yes, the client route the current service request to the server. A system and device for realizing overload control in packet network are disclosed too. Applying the implementation of the present invention, it does not roughly deny all requests to the server, contrariwise it processes corresponsively according to the characteristic of the requests, so as to improve applicability of packet network. In addition, the present invention also ensures that emergent and prior session can be executed.
