<p>The method for the production of a composite component useful in the vehicle, ship or aircraft construction, comprises producing non-flexible connection between a first (1) and a second metal sheet of the composite component, connecting the second metal sheet to the first metal sheet in positive material fit, including an adhesive (2) between both metal sheets, togetherly transforming the metal sheets, and reaching a final strength of the connection of both metal sheets. The adhesive is hardenable through mechanical application of force, and consists of a binder (3) and two hardeners (4, 5). The hardener is released in the binder by mechanical application of force on the sheet metals. The low and strength hardeners are enclosed in isolatable micro caps (6, 7) with a diameter of 50 mu m and 250 mu m respectively. An independent claim is included for a composite component useful in the vehicle, ship or aircraft construction.</p> |
