The structure has a container (I) provided with sufficient water. A lever (V) is attached in the container and imparts lifting forces to another lever (VI), which is attached in the container. Valves (VII) are attached at the container, and air is pumped by an air pump (VIII) through the valves. A hole (IV) is pushed up and down at the lever (VI) by an opening and closing mechanism (III). An air absorbing device (II) is provided in the lever (VI). Air is exhausted through the hole such that a weight (IX) of the lever (VI) is drawn downwards by gravitational force and the pump is moved.
