A control device of an industrial electric heater is provided to automatically control a plurality of electric heaters and a preset temperature of the electric heater by using a PLC changing the program. An electric heater(38) is installed in each air duct. A magnet(36) is connected to each electric heater. A PLC is composed of a CPU(12), a memory unit(14) and an I/O device(16). The PLC sets up and controls the program arbitrarily according to each industry field using the electric heater. A fan interlock(18) operates or stops the electric heater according to the flow of the air. A temperature sensor(22) sensing the flow of the air is installed in the air duct. A temperature sensing unit(20) receives a signal transmitted from the temperature sensor and transmits the signal to the PLC. A download port(24) is connected to an external communication device and modifies the program stored in the PLC arbitrarily. A dip package(30,32) sets up a setting value of a magnet connected to each electric heater, a setting value of a delay time or a operating order of the electric heater. The dip package is composed of a plurality of switches. |
