A drug carrier consisting of a copolymer including a temperature sensitive polymer and a hydrophile natural polysaccharide having a limit critical temperature is provided to facilitate the deposition and emission of drug by controlling the particle formation of the drug carrier through controlling a temperature. A manufacture method of a copolymer including a temperature sensitive polymer and hydrophilic polymer comprises (i) a step for polymerizing a temperature sensitive polymer; and (ii) a step for reacting 0.1-50 micro mol of a temperature sensitive polymer polymerized in the step (i) per the solvent 100ml and 0.1-50 micro mol of a hydrophilic polymer to obtain a copolymer. The temperature sensitive polymer is an alkylacryl amide-based polymer selected from a group consisting of poly(N,N-dimethylacrylamide), poly(N- isopropyl acrylamide) or their mixture. The hydrophilic polymer is a natural polysaccharide polymer selected from a group consisting of chitosan, cellulose, alginic acid, hyaluronic acid, carrageenan and beta- polysaccharide.
