<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thick sauces that are made by comparatively light stirring operation such as paddle stirring, and show a high adherence to foods and good flowability. <P>SOLUTION: The sauce composition contains an easily dispersible stabilizer that is made by mixing water-soluble gum and a saccharide with a crystalline cellulose, the ratio being specific, dissolving and dispersing the same in water, pulverizing the same in water under strong shear force and then drying the same, and that is easily dispersed in water under such a weak stirring condition as manual stirring to produce the crystalline cellulose having an average particle diameter of 20 μm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
