<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chimera peptides for promoting the transportation of insulin through a bio-membrane, its composition, a method for producing the chimera peptides and a method for treating diabetes mellitus patients. <P>SOLUTION: This chimera peptide having a first domain and second domain is provided. The first domain is a translocation sequence for promoting the active transportation across the bio-membrane and the second domain is at least a part of the insulin peptide. Also, the chimera peptide can perform the translocation of the bio-membrane such as a plasma membrane, mitochondria membrane, nuclear membrane or the like. Also the chimera peptide can perform the translocation of physiological barriers such as a gastroenteric barrier, blood brain barrier, skin barrier, respiratory epithelium barrier, through cellular membrane barrier, nose barrier, eye barrier, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
