<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing deterioration of overall performance of a system, and for reducing costs by reducing frequency of occurrence of such an event that a BP is canceled after a service enters a cancellation-prohibited state. <P>SOLUTION: In a business process management method and system, a period (Tc) when a cancellation request is accepted is calculated on the basis of an expected value of cancellation costs of a service and costs for the service to maintain a cancellation-permitted state, and cancellation processing is provided by the service during that period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
