PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a transfer fee on each account capable of becoming a transfer source when a user performs transfer.

SOLUTION: This information processor supporting the user performing the transfer by use of an agent substitutionally performing business of a plurality of financial institutions has: an opening account storage part storing a plurality of opening account numbers; a transfer request reception part receiving a transfer request designated with a transfer destination account number and a transfer money amount; a balance storage part storing a balance associatively to the opening account number; a transfer source candidate account selection part reading a transfer source candidate account number corresponding to the balance of the transfer money amount or above from the balance storage part; a transfer fee storage part storing the transfer fee associatively to the transfer source candidate account number and the transfer destination account number; and a transfer fee output part reading the transfer fee corresponding to the transfer source candidate account number and the transfer destination account number from the transfer fee storage part, and outputting the read transfer fee associatively to the transfer source candidate account number.
