<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat seal device capable of forming with a heat seal operation a plurality of heat seal portions with a different heat seal strength. <P>SOLUTION: The heat seal device includes a heat seal head that can simultaneously heat seal a plurality of heat seal portions of a package with a seal operation by elevating between a stand-by position and a heat seal position by drive of a driving body, and pressing the heat seal portions disposed immediately below the heat seal position.
