<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable photoelectric conversion device including a light-reflecting member for sustaining sufficient photoelectric conversion efficiency for a longer period by suppressing a damage on the light-reflecting plane. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric converting device includes a conductive substrate 1, many first conductivity type crystal semiconductor particles 2 where the second conductivity type semiconductor 3 is formed on the surface layer joined on the conductive substrate 1 with an interval, an insulating layer 4 formed among the crystal semiconductor particles 2 on the conductive substrate 1, a light-transmitting conductive layer 5 formed on the crystal semiconductor particles 2 and insulating layer 4, and a light-reflecting surface 8 in the shape of concave mirror for condensing the light to the crystal semiconductor particles 2 provided on the light-transmitting conductive layer 5 on the insulating layer 4, and moreover a light-reflecting member 7 forming an aperture to expose the crystal semiconductor particles 2 at the lower end part of the light-reflecting plane 8.
