<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium transition metal complex oxide for lithium-ion secondary battery cathode active material capable of giving an excellent performance to the lithium-ion secondary battery and its manufacturing method, and to provide a method of manufacturing a lithium transition metal complex oxide in which calcination powder is hardly adhered to a calcination container and which is industrially advantageous. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium transition metal complex oxide for lithium-ion secondary battery cathode active material has a content of silicon atom 100-1,000 ppm and a content of fluorine atom 300-900 ppm. In the manufacturing method, a lithium compound, a transition metal compound, a fluorine compound, and a silicon compound are mixed and a material mixture is obtained and then, the material mixture is calcined to obtain the lithium transition metal complex oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
