<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle headlamp unit superior in heat radiating performance and capable of downsizing. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle headlamp unit has a reflector 1 and a heat sink 3 installed on LED lamps 2a, 2b being a light source, and the LED lamps 2a, 2b, the reflector 1, and the heat sink 3 are sealed by an outer case 5.
