<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient washing machine configured to pump up washing water inside a water tub to return to a washing/dewatering tub, capable of preventing the lowering of water level of washing water inside the water tub during the pump-up operation, and preventing generation of foam inside the water tub by preventing the water level from rising/lowering. <P>SOLUTION: The water tub 1 is oscillatablly disposed inside an outer casing, and the washing/dewatering tub 3 with a rotating blade 2 on the bottom is rotatably disposed inside the water tub 1. The space between the rotating blade 2 and the bottom 3b of the washing/spin-dry tub is formed as a pump chamber 4, and a water channel 6 penetrating the pump chamber 4 opened in the upper part of the washing/spin-dry tub 3 is formed to project on the inner side of the washing/spin-dry tub 3. In the washing machine with the above structure, washing water inside the water tub 1 flows into the water channel 6 from an outlet 4a to the pump chamber 4 by the rotation of the agitator 2, and the washing water is delivered from a spout 8 opened at the upper part into the washing/spin-dry tub 3. The washing machine also has a spout 7 in a side face of the bottom 3b of the washing/spin-dry tub which forms the pump chamber 4. The spout 7 is an opening part penetrating the washing tub 2 for spouting washing water inside the washing/spin-dry tub 3 into the water tub 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
