PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device preventing luminance unevenness from being generated during drawing processing wherein drawing is performed with bright points included in a subject image. SOLUTION: When set into a locus drawing mode, the imaging device 1 acquires a reference drawing time and a figure size for a figure selected by a user in the AE processing, computes a drawing time for the figure based upon the acquired reference drawing time and a figure size, and determines an exposure time which is an integral multiple of the computed drawing time.
