SOLUTION: The method comprises steps of: including the non-uniform angle distribution of the fixed turbulence sources to reduce the amplitude of excitation received by the rotor; determining a first signal whose Fourier transform corresponds to the frequency spectrum of the excitation when the fixed turbulence sources are distributed along predetermined uniform angle distribution; correcting the first signal into a second signal adaptable to the selected angle distribution of the fixed turbulence sources, a step of calculating the Fourier transform of the second signal to determine the frequency spectrum of the excitation; calculating the response of the rotor to the excitation in accordance with the frequency spectrum of the excitation; and confirming that the maximum amplitude of the response of the rotor is obtained, in accordance with these steps.
